The biomedical sciences and consequently the healthcare services are facing different challenges from broad spectrum. Accordingly, the consistent provision of the healthcare services and the rapid progressions in the adopted current medical treatments, utilizing the biomedical and the advanced information technology, position the biomedical engineering systems and technologies as a top priority for the states’ leaders, policy makers, governments, practitioners, including; engineers, biologists, healthcare professionals and informatics scientists. The new medical-tech era has proven its positive impact in providing a better healthcare environment and facilities. Consequently, the medical sector is continuously upgrading its technology capacities and its healthcare management by also developing the biomedical technologies, systems and equipment.

The Arab countries are considerably called for serious collaborations between field experts, practitioners, researchers, informatics, scientists and healthcare professionals to exchange and discuss the best suitable methodology for the Arab Biomedical Engineering Standards.
Bioclinic-4 will focus on plans and support need for People, Process and Technology in our region to improve quality of patient care.
